Founding Story
I&S Online Solutions founded by Ishara Silva in 2012. Tech Expert and Certified Accountant who had a goal to work from home and do a contribution to the country with her skills and expertise. She ended her 8-5 full time job over her child and started to work as a full time Freelancer.
“I realized that we can do a Quality Bookkeeping and Admin Services for Low budget, who are in need over the world. Remote Services does not cost much. With a quality Laptop and Fast Internet connections you can do a High quality Services. At the same time I realized, there are lots of mothers struggling with take caring of their kids and their full time jobs. Sri Lankans has a very high educational system so most of the women are highly educated and qualified to work professionally. But Our Culture and Our families more important to us. Eventually it’s a burden to go to a office. I founded this firm to gather Mothers who struggle in situation and use their expertise knowledge to serve the world while take caring of their kids. Most Wonderful thing in this world is “Motherhood: and Happy Mothers do their Job & help to make other Businesses success over the world.
