Ishara and Sugath were a great team in a leading company accounts department in Sri Lanka, before getting married in 2009. The couple started I & S Online Solution Company to serve virtual assistance and bookkeeping services remotely via freelance websites in 2012. The duo is experts in IT and Accounting profession and was empowered to grow the business to provide services around the world. At present, they are expertise bookkeeping/accounting service providers for real estate and property management businesses over the globe with a team of remote freelancers in Sri Lanka.
Both of them had inherent attributes that they believed to focus on, Sugath has the ability to comprehend future, while Ishara inclined grasping the unexplored with the globalization as great directors of a successful company in virtual world.
Entrepreneurs have gained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) qualification from a top-rated institution, University of Wales Saint Trinity David- United Kingdom, to gain a better intelligence of how the industry system coordinates with technology.
Ishara: "As a mother of three kids, working from home is an exceptional opportunity to take care of them all day without worry over their security and education. My husband allowed me to use my knowledge while staying home. I am so grateful for his concern and support".
The duo has not only shown how variation can be a game-changer for remote services businesses but has also proved how a family business can be improved and transitioned without any struggles and yet preserve the values.
Sugath: "From the start, we determined that we will perform on our energies, appreciate each other rather than oppose. I think that has nourished us in the fabulous track".
Ishara: “I believe the most beneficial partnerships start at home, and fortunately, we had a solid understanding of what we do. A child who grows successfully under a mother's wings will do a great contribution to this world & make an enhanced society”.
As parents of three sons, their achievements and commitment are very precious to the nation and society.
